Custom AI Builds

Custom AI tools built around your business, by the team that built DMARC Busta.

We don't just deploy AI. We build it.

Most IT shops can hand you a Copilot licence and call it AI. We go further — we build custom AI tools around your business. Automations that read your inboxes and draft the replies. Tools that pull data from your systems and turn hours of manual work into a click. Assistants that answer questions from your own documents.

And we don't just talk about it. We built DMARC Busta, our own AI-powered email-security platform — used to protect domains worldwide — from the ground up. When we build AI for you, it's coming from a team that ships it.

What we can build for you

  • Knowledge assistants — ask plain-English questions across your own documents, manuals and policies, and get straight answers.
  • Email & ticket triage — AI that reads incoming messages, sorts them, and drafts responses for your team to approve.
  • Quoting & proposals — turn a few inputs into a polished, on-brand draft in seconds.
  • Data extraction & reporting — pull structured data out of messy documents and into the reports you actually need.
  • Integrations — connect AI to the systems you already run — Microsoft 365, your CRM, your databases — so it works where you work.

How it works

A fixed-fee build, scoped up front so you know the cost. Optional monthly hosting and iteration to keep it running and improving. No open-ended hourly black holes.

Already have the systems and just need them connected to AI? That's our AI Integrations service — this page is for building new tools from scratch. Not sure your business is ready for either? Start with Safe AI Adoption or the free AI readiness scan.

Why HCS

We ship our own product. DMARC Busta is ours — a platform other Australian MSPs use to manage email authentication for their clients. Your build is done by people who maintain software in production, not a consultancy learning on your job.

A cyber security firm doing the building. The guardrails go in first — what the tool can reach, what it can't, and where your data ends up — rather than getting bolted on after something goes wrong.

28 years. 2,000+ businesses. One phone number. The same team that's kept Perth businesses online since 1998. Someone you can actually call.

FAQ — custom AI development

What kinds of AI tools can you build? Knowledge assistants that answer plain-English questions from your own documents. Email and ticket triage that sorts incoming messages and drafts replies for approval. Quoting and proposal drafting. Data extraction and reporting that pulls structured data out of messy documents. And integrations into the systems you already run.

What does a custom AI build cost? It's a fixed fee, scoped up front, so you know the number before we start — no open-ended hourly black holes. The scope depends on what the tool has to do and which systems it has to reach, so the first step is a free consult to work out whether a build is even the right answer.

Do you host and support it after launch? If you want us to. Monthly hosting and iteration is optional — we keep it running, keep it patched, and keep improving it as you find new things you want it to do. Plenty of clients start there and taper off once the tool settles.

Custom build or AI integration — which do I need? If the systems already exist and the job is connecting them to AI, that's an integration. If the tool you want doesn't exist yet, that's a build. If you're not sure, that's a conversation, not a decision you need to make before calling us.

Is our data used to train AI models? Not on the business-grade platforms we build on — your data stays private and out of training sets. That's the same standard we apply when we move a team onto approved AI tools, and it's part of what gets scoped and documented before a build starts.

Custom AI development for Perth businesses

We build for businesses across Perth — Belmont, the CBD, the eastern suburbs, out to Kewdale and Welshpool, and across the wider metro area. Most of the work is remote, with onsite time for the parts that need it: scoping sessions, walking your team through the finished tool, and wiring into systems that only exist on your network.
