AI Integrations Perth

Connect your product data, job systems and phone lines to AI that answers accurately — built by the Perth team behind DMARC Busta. Data first, guardrails always.

AI that answers from your data — not from guesswork.

Most businesses already have the information their customers ring up asking for. It's in a product database, a spreadsheet, a job system — somewhere. The problem is that it's locked in a format only your staff can read, during the hours your staff are working.

We connect that information to AI, so it can answer questions accurately, around the clock, in your customers' own words.

The part most people get wrong

An AI assistant is only as good as the data it can reach. Point one at a messy database and it will answer confidently and incorrectly — which is worse than not answering at all. A customer told "yes, we've got that in stock" who turns up to find you haven't is a customer you've lost twice.

Our work starts with the data:

  • Structuring it so a machine can search it reliably.
  • Normalising it so "141-4109", "1414109" and "141 4109" all find the same part.
  • Grouping it so one answer means one product, not forty near-identical rows.
  • Constraining it so the AI can only report what's actually there.

Then we connect it — to a phone assistant, a website chat, a third-party call centre, or another business's system.

What that looks like in practice

A recent build for a West Australian industrial supplier:

They carry over 1,200 aftermarket cooling parts, catalogued across a 1,900-node hierarchy of machine makes, models and serial ranges, with more than 2,600 manufacturer part numbers cross-referenced against them. Their customers ring up and ask things like "do you do a radiator for a Cat 330DL?" — a question that previously needed a person with catalogue knowledge to answer.

We rebuilt the catalogue on a modern platform, then made it answerable:

  • A secure data connection so their inbound call-handling partner could look parts up programmatically — with documentation, access control and per-partner keys that can be revoked independently.
  • A voice assistant that answers "do you carry X?" out of hours, reading back real part numbers, what machines they fit, and whether they're in stock.
  • Guardrails so it never quotes a price, never invents a part, and says so plainly when it can't find something.
  • Enquiry capture so an out-of-hours caller's details, the part discussed and a transcript of the conversation land in the same inbox as website enquiries, ready for a callback in the morning.

A caller can now read out a manufacturer part number at 9pm and be told, in seconds, whether there's an aftermarket equivalent and whether it's in stock — information that previously waited until morning, or went to a competitor.

What we can connect

  • AI phone assistants — answering, qualifying and capturing enquiries out of hours.
  • Third-party AI services — giving a call centre, chatbot or partner system secure, controlled access to your data.
  • Internal systems — quoting, stock, job management, CRM.
  • Your website — search that understands how customers actually describe things, not just exact keyword matches.

How we work

  1. Look at the data first. Before any AI, we establish what you actually have and what state it's in.
  2. Make it answerable. Structure, normalise and de-duplicate so a machine can search it reliably.
  3. Connect it, with controls. Access keys, permissions, logging — so you know who's using it and can revoke access instantly.
  4. Constrain it. Define what the AI may and may not say. No pricing, no guessing, honest "I don't know" answers.
  5. Prove it. Test against real questions, in the real format customers ask them.

Why HCS

We're a security firm first. Every integration ships with access keys, per-partner revocation, usage logging and guardrails on what the AI may say — because connecting your data to the outside world is a security exercise, whether or not anyone treats it as one.

We ship AI in production. DMARC Busta is our own AI-powered platform, and the build above is real, recent work. You're hiring the people who do the work, not a reseller with a slide deck.

28 years. 2,000+ businesses. One phone number. The same team that's kept Perth businesses online since 1998. Someone you can actually call.

AI integrations for Perth businesses

We build AI integrations across Perth — Belmont, the CBD, the eastern suburbs, out to Kewdale and Welshpool, and across the metro area. Local, and we'll come and see you: most of this work starts with an hour looking at what you've already got.

Want a tool built from scratch rather than your existing systems connected? That's our Custom AI Builds service. Already running AI and want it checked over? See the AI Security & Compliance Review.

FAQ — AI integrations Perth

What systems can you connect AI to?
Anything with data we can reach — product databases, job and quoting systems, CRMs, spreadsheets, Microsoft 365, or a legacy platform we migrate first. If your data is trapped in an old system, freeing it is often step one of the same job.

Will the AI make things up to our customers?
Not on our builds. We constrain every integration so the AI can only report what's actually in your data, and it says plainly when it can't find something. No invented products, no quoted prices, no guessing.

Can a third party — like a call centre — use it too?
Yes. We build per-partner access with separate keys, so you can give a call-handling partner controlled access to your data and revoke it independently at any time, with logs of who looked up what.

What does it cost?
Scoped and quoted fixed-fee up front, sized to the state of your data — that first hour looking at what you've got is free, and you'll know the price before we start. No open-ended hourly black holes.

Do you support it after it's live?
Your choice: build-and-hand-over with documentation, or ongoing hosting, monitoring and iteration — which bolts onto a managed IT plan if you have one.
