New applications, major features, migrations, and complex integrations are quoted as fixed projects with their own timeline and milestones. Most start inside a Partner Plan: we flag the build early, quote it clearly, and it runs alongside your plan — the cadence keeps moving either way.
How the cadence works
Same day, same time, every cycle.
Your session is a standing booking — same day, same time, every cycle. It runs whether you attend or not. Can't make it? The work happens anyway and you get a written recap.
Sessions and build hours don't roll over. That sounds strict; it's the point. Use-it-or-lose-it is what keeps your project moving instead of stacking up credit nobody ever spends. If you're consistently not using your sessions, drop a tier — there's no penalty and no lock-in.

Managed App Hosting
When something we've built or audited goes to production, it can land on our managed fleet: monitoring, backups, patching, and priority response from $180 +GST/mo, priced per app after an audit.

Who owns what gets built?
You do. Code, workflows, documentation, accounts — everything is set up in your name and handed over documented.
What if we miss a session?
It runs anyway. Your build hours get used on the agreed priority list and you receive a written recap. Missed sessions don’t accumulate.
Can we change tiers?
Yes — up, down, or cancel with 14 days’ notice before your next cycle. No lock-in, no exit fee.
Why don’t hours roll over?
Because rollover kills momentum. Plans that bank hours turn into arguments about credit instead of shipped work. If you’re not using your allocation, the honest fix is a lower tier, and we’ll tell you so.
Do you work with our existing IT provider?
Yes, routinely — see the partner programme. We build; they keep running your IT. No turf wars.
What tools do you use?
Whatever fits: Claude and other AI models where they earn their place, Laravel/React/TypeScript for real software, n8n or similar for light automation, and your existing systems wherever possible.
