MSP partner programme

Your brand. Your client. Our build.

A white-label development partner for MSPs and IT providers — for the custom software and AI work your clients keep asking about.

Your clients are asking for custom apps and AI features. Bespoke development isn't an MSP service — different skills, different project shape, different risk profile. Saying no hands the conversation to someone else; saying yes without the capability is worse. There's a third option: keep the relationship, bring in the build.

Two ways to work together

White-label or referral. Both in writing.

White-label

You hold the relationship and the invoice. We deliver under your brand at partner rates:

  • $1,200 +GST /day for project work, or
  • 15% off retail on any Partner Plan or the AI App Audit, for resale at your margin.

Standard terms include an NDA and a no-solicitation clause — your clients stay yours, in writing. If a client ever contacts us directly, they get redirected to you.

Referral

Prefer a straight introduction? We invoice the client directly and you receive 10% of everything we collect from them for their first 12 months — including additional projects — paid monthly, within 30 days of receipt.

It runs both ways: when we meet a business that needs managed IT, we refer them to partner MSPs on the same terms.

When to bring us in

  • A client wants a custom app, portal, or integration you can’t staff
  • A client built something with AI and you’re worried about what’s inside it — start with the 25-point AI App Audit, resold at your margin
  • An AI feature needs to go inside a line-of-business system, not alongside it
  • An email security escalation (DMARC, spoofing, deliverability) is past standard tooling

Who you're partnering with

One senior engineer. No handoffs.

One senior engineer. Perth-based, AWST, twenty years across PHP/Laravel and React/TypeScript. Ships AI to production — including an email security platform running ~96% automated classification — and manages hosting for 41 WA businesses. No offshore handoff, no juniors, no account managers between you and the person doing the work.

Common questions

The questions every MSP asks.

Who owns the client?

You do, contractually. NDA and no-solicitation are standard terms, not negotiated extras.

Who owns the IP?

The client — same as our direct work. Everything is documented and handed over.

Capacity and lead time?

Typically one to two weeks to start. One engineer means honest capacity: if the timeline doesn’t work, you’ll hear "no" early, not "yes" followed by silence.

Can we start small?

Yes — the audit is the designed entry point. Fixed price, five-day turnaround, resell it at margin, and it tells both of us whether there’s a bigger engagement behind it.
