The trouble is what goes in. Client data, financials, health records, logins — fed into tools you don't control, sometimes stored and used to train someone else's model. • Approved tools, set up properly. We move your team onto business-grade AI — Claude for Work, Microsoft 365 Copilot — where your data is protected, kept private, and not used to train anyone's model. Then we switch off the risky free tools.
• Data guardrails. Controls and data-loss prevention so sensitive information can't walk out the door through an AI prompt — the same layered-protection approach we already use on your email and endpoints.
• Practical staff training. Short, hands-on sessions so your team uses AI well and safely — better prompts, better output, fewer mistakes, no leaks.
• Ongoing governance (monthly). The AI landscape changes weekly. We monitor it, keep your policy current, vet new tools before your staff find them, and keep everything in line. Bolts straight onto your managed IT plan.
